Poetry Music Night goes 48h Wilhelmsburg

Juni 2019 - Innerhalb des Stadtteilfestivals 48h Wilhelmsburg stellten PoetInnen, MusikerInnen und Schauspieler sich selbst und dem Publikum sowie generell der gesamten Hamburger Gesellschaft die Frage "Was geht mich das an?" -

Durch historische sowie aktuelle politische Geschehnisse, gesellschaftliche Veränderungen und Herausforderungen oder einfach nur persönliche Begebenheiten und Fragen nach Identität, Minderheit und Mehrheit, haben sich die KünstlerInnen in Gedichten, Liedern und Performances mit verschiedenen Narrativen zu dem Thema "Was geht mich das an?" beschäftigt.

Diese erste Beschäftigung diente dem Ziel festzustellen, was die Menschen beschäftigt und welche Bedarfe bestehen. Durch diese Einstimmung des Stadtteils in die Thematik soll der Weg für die Projekte dieser Kampagne geebnet werden.

June 2019 - During the Festival "48h Wilhelmsburg" Poets, Musicians and Actors asked themselves, the audience and generally the immediate society of Hamburg-Wilhelmsburg "Why should I care?" -

The artists tried to deal through poems, songs and performances with different narratives to the topic "Why should I care?"

They talked about historical and current political events, changes and challenges of society in the present, or simply themed personal matters and questions of identity, minority and majority.

The purpose of this first dealing with our question through a Poetry Night is for determining what people are bothered of and what their needs are. This first confrontation should pave the way for the following projects of this campaign.
